All of our candles are handcrafted using a premium soy wax blend, natural fragrance oils, and eco-friendly wooden wicks. We never use harmful additives or paraffin.
2. How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed to burn slowly and evenly. On average, an ImpressCandle lasts between 25–50 hours, depending on size and usage.
3. Are your candles safe and non-toxic?
Yes! Our candles are non-toxic, cruelty-free, and made with clean ingredients that are safe for your home and family.
4. Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely. Every candle comes in elegant, gift-ready packaging. If you'd like to add a personal note, just let us know at checkout.
5. Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide, and international shipping is coming soon! All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
6. Can I return or exchange my candle?
We want you to love your candle. If there’s any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.
